KC Ray: the responsible one
KC's spent over 22 years playing in the woods and boardrooms with all types of groups including; CEO's, youth and college sports teams, teachers & administrators, college organizations and students of all ages. She is passionate about pushing past ones self-imposed limitations and learning about oneself and the world around us through play.
Leigh Carruth: the mascot
Leigh has been in experiential education for 20 years and has a second full-time job facilitating a household of children. She is passionate about her family, learning, traveling, and the world around her. She finds value in seeking knowledge from the humans she comes in contact with and believes strongly in the power of connection.
Tony Ray: the macgyver
Husband to KC. Father of 4. Firefighter/Paramedic. Experiential Ed. facilitator. Aggie (Class of ’99). Driver and chief logistics guy for epic cross-country road trips. Over 20 years of playing games, trying to leave it better than he found it, and always doing the best he can with what he’s got.
